TERMS & CONDITIONS
Timeless Swing Filmed Transformation Series
By submitting your application to be considered for the Timeless Swing Filmed Transformation Series by Proper Golfing, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Selection Process

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

Successful applicants will be contacted directly by the Proper Golfing team.

Selection is based on suitability, availability, and alignment with the goals of the filmed series.
2. Filming & Content Use

By participating, you consent to being filmed during your coaching session, including video, audio, and photographs.

Proper Golfing reserves the right to use all recorded material (including your name, likeness, and swing footage) for:

YouTube videos

Social media
-
Website features
-
Email campaigns
-
Printed or digital marketing materials

You grant Proper Golfing full, royalty-free, irrevocable rights to use the footage and any edited content in perpetuity.
3. Coaching Session Details

Coaching will be delivered in-person by Julian Mellor

Sessions typically last 1–2 hours and will focus on your swing transformation.

Locations is Leamington Spa or another agreed filming site
4. Costs & Commitments

Coaching and filming are provided at no cost to selected participants.

Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the participant.

Participation is voluntary, and there is no financial compensation offered.
5. Withdrawal or Cancellation

If selected, you may withdraw from the project at any time prior to filming.

Proper Golfing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, scheduling issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Privacy & Data Use

All application data will be stored securely and only used for selection and communication purposes related to the Timeless Swing series.

You may request removal of your data at any time in accordance with GDPR.
7. Health & Responsibility

You confirm that you are physically able to participate in a golf coaching session.

You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session and release Proper Golfing and its team from liability for any injury or discomfort incurred.
8. Final Rights

Proper Golfing retains full creative control over editing and final use of the content.

You may request a personal copy of your video for personal use, but ownership and distribution rights remain with Proper Golfing.
