How to Swing a Golf Club Properly for senior golfers

In this video, I am going to show you how to build a golf swing from the ground up. Much like building a house, if the foundations are poor, the house falls down. In golf, if your setup is poor, you have no chance of making a consistent golf swing.

The setup consists of a good grip, the correct width of the stance, the correct position in relation to your feet, correct body alignment, and correct posture. In this video, I show you a simple technique to help you become very efficient at setting up to the golf ball correctly.

The golf swing requires two things to work in harmony with each other. One is the body movement, and the second is the movement of the golf club. I will show you how to move your body efficiently and how to simplify the movement of the arms, wrists, and golf club.

As you can see from this video, doing things the right way will literally change your game. Quick fixes work for a while, but fundamental changes require structure and a clear understanding.
