The older Golfer Who Finally Stopped Keeping His Head Down

    Golfers set up normally, close their eyes and swing. To date, no golfer has ever missed the ball. Coordination, not eyesight, is what matters.
  2. Following the Ball with the Eyes
    Golfers intentionally begin to look toward the target just before impact. Every person reports the same sensation.
    “My body feels freer.”
    With freedom comes better rotation, improved weight transfer, reduced back strain and more consistent shots.
