randomRules for the Proper Golfing Transformation Masters Buddy Programme for Senior Golfers

APPLICATION DEADLINE SUNDAY APRIL 13TH : PROGRAMME START DATE MAY 12TH 2025

1. Eligibility

• The competition is open to pairs of golfers aged 50 or over including current members of Proper Golfing
• All entrants and their buddies must be amateur golfers and not hold a professional golf status.
• Employees of Proper Golfing, their families, or any affiliated partners are not eligible to participate
• Current Members of Proper Golfing are eligible to enter. If you are successful your win will commence when your current membership comes to an end

2. Nomination Process

• Entries must be submitted through the official Proper Golfing nomination form on this website.
• You must enter yourself and a buddy
• Each entrant can submit only one entry.
• Incomplete or false nominations will be disqualified.

3. Selection & Winner Announcement

• The winner and their golfing buddy will be selected randomly by Julian Mellor and the Proper Golfing team
• The winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of selection.
• If the winners do not respond within 5 days, a new pair of winners may be selected.

4. Prize Details

• The winning entrants will receive a shared Masters Transformation Programme worth £1,000, including:
• A full swing analysis and personalised coaching with Julian Mellor.
• One-on-one coaching sessions tailored to their improvement areas.
• A structured practice plan for ongoing development.
• An on-course strategy session.
• A Proper Golfing gift pack (training resources & merchandise).
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Proper Golfing reserves the right to modify the prize elements if necessary.

5. Filming & Publicity

• The winners agree to participate in filming and promotional activities, including social media and Proper Golfing’s website.
• By accepting the prize, the winners consent to Proper Golfing using their name, likeness, and testimonial for promotional purposes.
• If the winners do not wish to participate in promotional content, they must inform Proper Golfing at the time of acceptance.

6. General Terms

• Proper Golfing reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and its terms at any time without prior notice.
• Any misconduct or breach of these rules will result in disqualification.
• Proper Golfing is not responsible for lost or incomplete entries due to technical issues.
• By entering, you confirm that you have your buddies consent to submit their details.

7. Data Protection

• All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with Proper Golfing’s Data Protection Policy.
• Information will only be used for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties.
