Winter Programme Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

Please read before entering the prize draw

1. The Promoter

This prize draw is promoted by ProperGolfing, Unit 8, Squab Hall, Harbury Lane, Royal Leamington Spa, CV33 9QB ("the Promoter", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to entrants aged 18 or over worldwide. The Promoter is based in the UK, and coaching and simulator sessions are delivered in person at our Royal Leamington Spa facility; winners outside the UK, or otherwise unable to attend in person, will have the simulator sessions substituted with video swing review sessions instead (see Section 5).
  • Employees of ProperGolfing, their families, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.
  • One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3. How To Enter

Entry is free. To enter, complete the entry form on the Winter Programme Giveaway page with your name, email, country and age band, and pass the verification (reCAPTCHA) check. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Entry Period

The prize draw opens on 19 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 31 October 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

5. The Prize

One winner will receive the Timeless Golf Winter Programme, comprising:

  • 2 x one-hour coaching sessions with Julian Mellor
  • 2 x simulator practice sessions (or, for winners unable to attend in person outside the UK, 2 x video swing review sessions in place of the simulator sessions)
  • 1 x Premier Coaching Experience with a personalised synopsis and practice plan

The prize has a stated value of £349. It is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equivalent or greater value if circumstances require.

Coaching and simulator sessions are redeemed in person at our Royal Leamington Spa facility. Winners outside the UK, or otherwise unable to attend in person, will have the simulator sessions substituted with video swing review sessions instead, as described above.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The winner will be notified by email by 7 November 2026. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Redemption

The prize must be booked and redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified (by 7 May 2027), subject to coaching availability. Sessions are arranged directly with ProperGolfing following notification.

8. Data Use

Personal information provided on entry will be used to administer the prize draw and, where consented to, for marketing communications from ProperGolfing, in line with our privacy policy. Entrants' details are held in our ActiveCampaign account and handled accordingly.

9. General

  • By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms, or to cancel, alter or suspend the prize draw, where circumstances require, without prior notice.
  • This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform used to promote it.
