Simple drills to try:
- Press Test: push palms together lightly — feel equal resistance.
- Squeeze-Release Drill: grip hard for 2 seconds, then soften to half pressure.
- Towel Wring: sense both hands working together.
- Impact Bag or “Swoosh” Drill: rehearse natural release without pulling across.

2. Feel Over Thought
“Confidence doubled when golfers stopped thinking and started feeling.”
Most transcripts revealed golfers chasing positions, not sensations. When they switched to feel-based cues, confidence jumped from 3/10 to 7/10 on average.
Try this approach:
- Use rods, gates, or headcovers to create real-world feedback.
- Close your eyes during rehearsals to heighten awareness.
- Focus on the feel of coordination, not the look of your swing.

The six-second finish, standing tall on your toe, club wrapped around your shoulder, weight forward, is our signature movement.

Should I keep my head still?
No. Follow the ball with your eyes like Annika Sörenstam — it frees rotation and improves rhythm.

It usually starts earlier in the motion (over-the-top sequencing). Correct the start, and posture holds naturally.
